We stayed in the a double room, it was comfy and the bed was comfortable. Favourable location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.
The water pressure was not great.

The parking space is free and easily available. The staff is courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Spent new year's holiday at a hotel and had a great time. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and public transport. The room was well-furnished and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. They provided extra towels and toiletries upon request. The balcony had a beautiful view of the city, which was perfect for watching the new year's fireworks. The pool was clean and had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals and a great selection of drinks.
There were a few negatives during our stay. The gym was a bit outdated and some of the equipment wasn't functional.

What a great Christmas holiday we had! the staff was really nice and welcoming. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice full-size mirror. We enjoyed the breakfast which had more than enough food for one person. We were also grateful for the two complementary activities offered, which added to our overall experience. the hotel's key location made it easy for us to visit different parts of the city. the ambiance in the lobby was perfect for lounging in the evenings and enjoying a hot chocolate.
there was an unstable power supply, and the generator was turned off several times, making it difficult to stay in the dark with no WiFi and ventilation.
